NetCore is multi-technology (3G/4G/5G) mobile network core software capable of providing private networks systems that can be deployed in flexible ways in any location, adapting to each use case.
Traditional mobile networks are complex and require significant training to operate. This solution is designed differently: all configuration is web-based, intuitive and easy-to-use. The system has simple interfaces, designed to require little or no knowledge of the technology in order to operate and manage commonly changed parameters.
Entirely IP-based NetCore is optimized for single-board computers & supports scaling up to server-based installations. The fully integrated solution consolidates configuration, monitoring and real-time analytics from a single dashboard without the need to access a third-party tool set.
In deploying a 5G SA mobile network core to fully take advantage of 5G’s enhanced mobile broadband data rates and ultra-reliable and low latency communication capabilities, a completely new set of network functions with a new set of signaling and user data carrying interfaces are required as specified by the international standards bodies.
The 4G EPC’s MME network function is replaced by the AMF (Access and Mobility management Function) with some of its functions handled by the SMF (Session Management Function) and the AUSF (Authentication Server Function).
The AMF handles the UE registration and mobility management while the SMF handles the PDU session management and the AUSF handles the UE authentication part based on authentication vectors from Unified Data Management (which stores the UE subscription data and user-context.
The 4G SGW and PGW have been divided into the SMF and UPF (User Plane Function). The SMF handles the UE IP address assignment and UPF selection while the UPF acts as the PDU session anchor, taking on the packet routing, QoS enforcement and charging functionality formally provided by the PGW.
The 4G HSS functions have been divided into the UDM (Unified Data Management) and the AUSF.
While many vendors deliver these network functions as individual components, NetCore 5G SA delivers the 5G network core as an integrated package accessible via a comprehensive API allowing ease of deployment and operation.
The deployment of a 5G NSA network supports the installation of 5G NR (New Radio).
It’s equipment without requiring a forklift upgrade of an existing 4G Evolved Packet Core, allowing organizations to provide scaled up access with data rates up to 450Mbps to end users with 5G capable devices while not interrupting network access for the installed base of 4G users.
NetCore LTE is 4G Evolved Packet Core (EPC) mobile network core software capable of providing high-speed data download services up to 150Mbps. This standards-based EPC including integrated MME, SGW, PGW, HSS mobile network core functions and web-based management interface has full Quality of Service (QoS) control and is interoperable with any eNodeB 3GPP S1 interface.
NetCore LTE exposes a feature rich API enabling customers and system integrators to custom build solutions dependent on particular use cases or markets.
Specific functions have been included within the API to give access to voice, data and messaging, enabling real-time event notifications and subscriber activity as well as historical usage data.
This solution facilitates the transition from 4G to 5G, leveraging any existing 4G infrastructure.
NetCore is multi-technology 3G mobile network core software capable of providing high-speed voice, messaging and data services.
Within a local core, there is the ability to perform call routing via the integrated MSC, SGSN, GGSN, HLR and VLR network functions with web browser accessible management interface.
This standards-based software is compatible with Node B 3GPP Release 9 luh interfaces.
Titan.ium Platforms’s Mobile Connectivity Services (MCS) simplifies the authentication of mobile devices into a private network and allows users to roam in from commercial networks for secure, private IT services and access to local data.
With the Mobile Authentication as a Service (MAaaS), whitelisted mobile LTE devices can join a private LTE network and communicate with other devices in the network using over-the-top apps.
