Starting as a software engineer, he quickly progressed to roles as a software architect and product development lead, demonstrating his expertise and leadership at every step. Now, as the head of the product and engineering organization, Will is responsible for ensuring a high-quality software development process and is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Saravana brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the Services sector, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and revenue growth. He is responsible for accelerating Services revenue across the PS and MMS organizations, leading the development and launch of the PS Catalog and partnering with MMS to advance the Maintenance Catalog while ensuring strong alignment between the two portfolios.
